Event Handling Crew

Our team stays on site during the event to move the furniture at each stage of the day.

The same furniture often serves several spaces: the ceremony chairs move to the dinner, the cocktail tables make way for the dance floor, the garden lounge sets are set up for the evening. Our handling crew manages these transitions according to the running order agreed with you or your wedding planner, discreetly and without interrupting the event.

Send us the running order and layout plans; we handle the furniture changeovers. Your team stays available for the couple and their guests.

The number of crew members and their hours on site are set out in the quote, according to the volume of furniture and the running order of the event.
