You send us the rider. We take care of the rest.
Instruments, amplification, monitors, stage lighting and control: we bring together all the technical equipment your musicians require, and we stay on site until the last song.
We take care of everything
Booking a band means coordinating an instrument hire company, a sound provider, a lighting designer and a technician. We bring these four trades together under a single quote and a single point of responsibility.
-
Reading the rider
You send us the band's technical rider and stage plot. Our production manager reads them line by line, checks what the venue allows and flags anything that needs discussing in advance: available power, access, schedules, neighbours.
-
Sourcing the equipment
We gather every item requested, including rare instruments and models. Over a thousand items are available through our partner network. When a specific model is unavailable, we propose an equivalent of the same standard and have it approved by the musicians before confirming it.
-
A single proposal
You receive a single quote covering sound, lighting, backline and technical control. The band receives our return technical sheet: they know exactly what awaits them on stage, and you have a single point of contact.
-
Set-up and soundcheck
We deliver, set up and tune everything before the artists arrive: stage, monitors, front of house, lighting, power. The musicians find their stage ready and only need to do their soundcheck.
-
Live operation, then dismantling
A live-event technician stays at the desk throughout the performance and manages the transitions with the DJ or the next act. Dismantling takes place after the guests have left. You have nothing to carry, nothing to pack away, nothing to return.
